When will my order ship?

We are packing & shipping everyday! Your order will ship within 48 hours of being placed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET on Fridays, will ship on Monday. Orders placed during holidays will ship on the first applicable work day. Orders placed during sales are subject to longer processing times due to high volume.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted if postmarked within 20 days of original delivery date as recorded by shipment tracking. Full price items may be returned for store credit. Accessories such as hats, scarves & jewelry are final sale. Sale items are not eligible for returns. All items must be returned in original condition, unwashed, unworn, in a plastic garment bag. The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense and non-refundable. We recommend you use traceable mail, any returns not received by Lilla Cavallo will not be issued a refund. All returns are subject to inspection before refund is issued. All returns must include customers' original order number information to be able to receive return credit. We can not return items that have no identifying properties. All items returned will be issued a store credit. No refunds.

What if I need to exchange for a different size?

Please email support@lillacavallo.com and we can accommodate you to the best of our ability. If the size requested isn't available you can return the item for store credit. If you have questions about a specific items’ sizing, please email support@lillacavallo.com with any questions you may have and we would love to help you pick the right size for you, our Lilla Loves!

What if I received a faulty item?

Oh no! We hope this does not happen but we are here to fix it! Please email support@lillacavallo.com with details of the damaged item, your order number & Lilla Cavallo will happily assist you further. It is the discretion of the company to deem the item faulty after investigation. Lilla Cavallo is not responsible for damages after items are worn.
