Terms of service
Returns are accepted if postmarked within 5 days of original delivery date as recorded by shipment tracking. Full price items may be returned for store credit. Sale items are not eligible for returns. All items must be returned in original condition, unwashed, unworn, in plastic garment bag. The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense and non-refundable. We recommend you use traceable mail, any returns not received by Lilla Cavallo will not be issued a refund.
