Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted if postmarked within 20 days of original delivery date as recorded by shipment tracking. Full price items may be returned for store credit. After receiving the returned item you will receive a gift card via email crediting you back the balance owed. Once orders are placed they can not be cancelled. Accessories such as scarves, hats & jewelry items are final sale. Sale items are not eligible for returns. All items must be returned in original condition, unwashed, unworn, in plastic garment bag with tags on. The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense and non-refundable. If you receive a faulty item, Lilla Cavallo must be notified right away. We recommend you use traceable mail, any returns not received by Lilla Cavallo will not be issued a store credit. Returns and exchanges may also take place at our Rehoboth Beach Boutique. No refunds. Store credit only.
